ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，Polymarket 上争议合约的裁决正被少数 UMA 持有者主导。彭博统计显示，过去三年中参与 Polymarket 争议裁决投票的逾 6400 个地址中，仅 9 个大户钱包就贡献了约一半的 UMA 投票权，并在几乎所有争议中站在获胜一方。
2026 年 4 月，约 230 个总交易额超 10 亿美元的合约进入争议裁决流程，占 Polymarket 全部合约不到 1%，但争议频率随交易规模上升而提高。部分交易者批评，该机制实际赋予匿名巨鲸以经济利益为导向的“事实决定权”，而 Polymarket 与负责 UMA 的 Risk Labs 原本承诺改进相关流程的计划已被搁置。
