BTC 方面，整体来看，BTC 各平台费率普遍低于 0.01% 基准，看多信号缺失。ETH 方面，看跌格局更为突出。ETH 整体资金费率全面低于 0.005% 阈值，空头压力较 BTC 更为突出。
