国富量子斥资 3,980 万美元收购去中心化 AI 社交讯息平台 Luffa AI 近 20% 股权
ChainCatcher 消息，港股上市公司国富量子宣布以 1,980 万美元（约 1.54 亿港元）收购去中心化的社交和讯息平台 Luffa AI 合共 1,189 万股已发行股份，另斥 2,000 万美元（约 1.56 亿港元）认购 Luffa AI 合共 1,000 万股新股，交易完成后共持有 Luffa AI 的 19.9% 股权。
Luffa AI 主要从事开发及营运基于人工智能及 Web3 的通讯和社交网络产品及相关服务，使用端到端加密和分布式技术来保护用户数据，并作为自主人工智能代理的基础设施层提供去中心化身份、权限管理等服务。
