以太坊基金会频遭抨击，研究员力挺其使命是建设协议而非拉盘 ETH
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 24 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，以太坊基金会近期因出售 ETH、解质押以及公开沟通较少而遭受社区批评。但区块链研究员、投资人 William Mougayar 发文为其辩护称，外界长期以来误解基金会的定位，ETH、以太坊网络以及以太坊基金会本身是三个不同方面：ETH 是资产，以太坊是共享计算基础设施，而基金会则是负责推动协议发展的非营利组织，其目标之一甚至是“让创始人逐渐变得不再重要”。以太坊基金会当前正走在“减法路线”上，通过推进协议升级、资助底层研究、降低自身中心化影响力来强化网络。
