釜山数字资产交易所最大股东的控股公司 WeHub 将收购加密交易所 Flybit
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Digital Asset 报道，韩国釜山数字资产交易所最大股东的控股公司 WeHub 将通过收购加密货币交易所 Flybit，将业务领域扩展至虚拟资产。WeHub 及其最大股东 JM Coffee Group 董事长 Yang Jae-seok 已同意此笔收购交易，金额未公开。收购完成后，WeHub 将持有 Flybit 40% 股份，Yang Jae-seok 持股 25%，Flybit 首席执行官 Kim Seok-jin 保留 15%。
此外，Flybit 因未能获得韩元实名账户，市场份额已下降。WeHub 看中的是其 VASP 资质和稳定的 AML 基础设施，Flybit 在金融情报部门制度评估中被评为“优秀”运营商。收购后，双方计划结合 Flybit 的加密交易基础设施与釜山数字资产交易所的实物资产交易能力，拓展稳定币等业务。
