ChainCatcher 消息，据 Fortune 报道，美国检方本周对谷歌软件工程师 Michele Spagnuolo（36 岁，意大利籍，现居瑞士）提起内幕交易指控。
检方称，其以网名 “AlphaRaccoon”，在谷歌 “2025 年搜索年度” 数据公开前，利用公司内部搜索趋势数据在预测市场平台 Polymarket 下注，累计获利超 120 万美元。
FBI 通过追踪加密货币支付锁定其身份。谷歌已将其停职，并表示利用机密信息下注严重违反公司政策。
Spagnuolo 被控违反《美国商品交易法》、电信欺诈及洗钱罪，或面临多年监禁。
