美法院驳回Kalshi与Polymarket暂停内华达州及华盛顿州诉讼请求

法院表示，Kalshi 与 Polymarket 未能证明在州法院应诉将造成「无法弥补的损害」，也未能证明其关于联邦法院具有管辖权的主张具备较高胜诉可能性，因此驳回其暂停相关州级诉讼的请求。
