Coinbase宣布获CFTC批准提供加密衍生品合规交易渠道
Odaily星球日报讯 Coinbase 宣布成为美国首家、也是目前唯一一家受美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC） 监管的期货佣金商（FCM），为美国客户提供接入全球加密衍生品市场的机会，包括加密永续合约及期权。此前，美国机构仅能交易本土期货所衍生的加密产品，缺乏全球市场接入渠道。
此前美国客户无法通过合规渠道参与这类全球市场，不得不设立境外实体以访问流动性，增加交易对手风险和重复基础设施成本。Coinbase Financial Markets 将通过单一 CFTC 监管的 FCM，为美国机构客户打开全球加密期权和永续合约的合规接入，包括对接 Deribit 等平台，该平台比特币期权未平仓量超过 310 亿美元，占全球期权市场绝大部分。
机构客户可立即开始入驻，Deribit 期权已通过 Coinbase Financial Markets 上线，永续合约和更多抵押品类型将陆续开放。零售客户的广泛接入也在计划中。
此次举措意味着，美国客户终于可以通过单一受监管渠道参与全球最大、最具流动性的加密衍生品市场，为机构投资者提供更完整、合规的交易环境，同时减少跨境操作和复杂度。
