与此同时，SpaceX 披露其与 Valor 签署约 200 亿美元 GPU 租赁协议，由 xAI 子公司租赁 AI 基础设施硬件，且由 SpaceX 提供付款担保。PwC 则认定该交易本质更接近贷款而非正常租赁，并要求将约 90 亿美元相关债务计入 SpaceX 资产负债表。
