根据该公司周二向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件，Quantinuum 计划以每股 45 至 50 美元的价格发行约 2100 万股股票。按照发行区间上限计算，基于文件中披露的已发行股份数量，Quantinuum 的市值将达到约 127 亿美元。
