Terms and Conditions — OKX Card x Bitcoin Pizza Day 2026 Rebate Campaign

Campaign Period: 2026-05-20 00:00 (GMT+8) to 2026-05-31 23:59 (GMT+8). To be eligible for the reward, the participant must opt in to the campaign and cumulatively complete both tasks below during the Campaign Period. The completion of only one of the tasks shall not entitle the participant to any reward.

1. Task 1 — Qualifying Pizza Purchase

• Make a single purchase with the OKX Card of at least 10 USDG.

• For the purposes of this campaign, a "qualified pizza establishment" is defined as a merchant whose transaction is classified by the acquiring bank under one of the following MCC (Merchant Category Code) codes: 5811 (meal providers), 5812 (restaurants), or 5814 (fast food).

• Eligible transactions will receive 100% cashback, up to a maximum of 10 USDG.

• The amount spent shall also count toward the cumulative spend required under Task 2.

2. Task 2 — Cumulative Card Spend

• Accumulate a minimum total of 50 USDG in purchases made with the OKX Card during the Campaign Period.

• All settled OKX Card purchase transactions, except for those listed

  here, shall be counted, including the qualifying transaction under Task 1.

• Transactions that are reversed, refunded, contested or charged back shall be deducted from the cumulative total.

• The list of transactions here are also not counted.

3. Reward

• Participants who successfully complete both Task 1 and Task 2 shall receive up to 10 USDG in cashback, credited to the participant's OKX Pay balance.

• The actual cashback amount equals 100% of qualifying pizza/restaurant purchases (Task 1), capped at 10 USDG maximum.

• Credit the reward after it is settled. If user refund (either task 1 or 2 become unfulfilled), we clawback the reward.

4. General Conditions

• Each OKX account may participate in only one promotional campaign offered by OKX during the same period. If a qualified user registers for multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign they registered for.

• ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, money orders, quasi-cash transactions and any transactions classified as cash advances by the card network are excluded from both tasks.

• The eligibility of a transaction shall be determined based on its authorization date. Transactions authorized outside the Campaign Period shall not be counted, even if settled within such period.

• Transaction amounts shall be converted into their USDG equivalent at the foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of authorization.

• OKX shall not be liable for any incorrect merchant category classification by merchants or acquiring banks; in such case, the transaction shall not count toward Task 1, but may still count toward Task 2.

1. Reward Distribution Timeline:

   Rewards will be credited to the user's OKX Pay balance upon meeting the campaign requirements. In the event of any technical issue or error in eligibility verification, OKX reserves the right to distribute the reward within up to 30 calendar days after the end of the campaign.

2. Rewards will be paid in USDG. OKX reserves the right not to pay all users based on the supply of tokens made available in the campaign.

4. Participants who browse the campaign page and participate in this campaign are regarded as having read and understood the terms and conditions of the activity.

5. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this activity and/or cancel this activity without notice.

6. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

7. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen, or termination of membership.

8. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

9. OKX reserves the right to interpret, decide, modify, or change the terms and conditions, its rules and other particulars of this activity at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending the activity, eligibility qualification, terms and conditions, winner criterion, quantity of rewards, and the timing of any activities. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms and conditions.

10. The final interpretation of the activity shall be exclusively vested in OKX.

11. OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX's terms of service. For more detailed information, please refer to OKX Terms of Service.
