I've started playing for the past couple of days thanks to @astekz
Idea seems fun, very similar to Sorare which was valued 4.5B at the peak while is only ~23M mc at the moment (huge upside)
⚽️Game 'idea' is simple:
- You buy player shares via gold (1 gold = 1 usdc) and build your "squad"
- Value of popular and well performing players go up over time, the higher platform goes the higher players valuation will go as well
- Each week (sometimes twice a week if there's Europa League or Champions League) you have games where your players perform
- Your squad accrue points just like "football manager"
- Those points can be used to open new "packs" of player shares with different amount and rarity
- New players hit "the market" every now and then, you can try to "snipe" them just like NFTs/new launches and hold or sell
etc.
Pretty simple concept, even if you don't know too much about the football.
Platform will have airdrop in 2-3 months based on your use case so you can make $ via:
- Your squad valuation goes up (which is likely as platform grows)
- Your activity/hitting different "tasks" in the game
They bought sports domain and planning to expand into NFL, NBA and other - if this catches steam it's a nice "bear proof" market to play with but even short term (next 2-3-4 months) it has very nice upside - especially when people will be looking to "spend" their crypto money into smth new
